Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. They set out the terms on which you may put content on the Coco de Mer (''CDM'') website and use of the shopping facility. By entering content on to the CDM website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. You also agree to abide by the Privacy Policy.
REGISTRATION
You don't need to register for to view the website. Registration is required in order to use the shopping facility and to join the Coco Club. You must register as a member before posting content on the Coco de Mer website. We may change registration requirements from time to time. Your registration details are important and you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects. You agree to notify us immediately of any changes that are relevant to your registration by informing us at customercare@coco-de-mer.co.uk. You may hold only one active membership at any time. Coco de Mer reserves the right to deny membership, products and services to any member or visitor to the CDM website.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
CDM will respect the privacy of your personal information and undertakes to comply with all applicable Data Protection legislation currently in force. You agree that we have the right to access and disclose your information in order to comply with applicable laws and lawful government requests, and to protect Coco de Mer and its users. In relation to the personal information provided by your registration, you agree that Coco de Mer may use such information in accordance with the purposes for which CDM has obtained your permission upon registration and in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
COCO DE MER OBLIGATIONS
CDM agrees to use its reasonable endeavors to maintain the CDM website in a fully operational status without errors. As CDM cannot guarantee that this will always be the case, it does not accept liability for any defects which may exist, or for any economic losses (including loss of revenues or profits), loss of goodwill or reputation or any special, indirect or consequential losses you may suffer which arise from your use of the CDM website or your inability to access the CDM website. CDM reserves the right to withdraw, temporarily or permanently, any content from this site at any time and for any reason. Removal may be immediate and without notice. You agree that CDM is not liable to you or any third party for any such withdrawal. The services provided by Coco de Mer website are provided without any warranties or guarantees unless otherwise specifically stated. All relevant information relating to returns and exchange may be found under Returns Policy. The CDM website may contain links to other websites. CDM is unable to take responsibility for the content of such websites. CDM reserves the right at its discretion to remove or decline to store any material you post on the CDM website or send to us for development at any time. We also reserve the right to suspend, restrict, attach conditions to or terminate your access to the CDM website at any time. We reserve the right to forward any content posted by you (together with your personal details if requested) to the police or other regulatory authorities, where requested by them to do so or to a third party where ordered to do so by a Court Order.
YOUR OBLIGATIONS
You may not post any content anywhere on the CDM website that contain any offensive language or imagery, or anything which is obscene, pornographic, threatening, harassing or defamatory or any material to which you have no rights. You will make no attempts to hide your individual identity when posting content on the CDM website. An email address alone is insufficient for these purposes. You are responsible for the content posted by you on the CDM website and agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless CDM, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers and any third party information providers to the CDM website from and against any or all losses, expenses, damages and costs including legal fees resulting from any violation of these Terms and Conditions, or any activity relating to your account by you or any other person accessing the CDM website through your account.
You agree that you will only use the CDM website in a manner that is consistent with these Terms and Conditions and in a way that complies with all applicable laws and regulations. To the extend to which your use, or the use by any person who may be authorised by you, or for whom you are responsible (for example, your child) causes damages or loss to any person, you agree to indemnify us immediately on demand in relation to such losses or damages, including any legal costs, that may arise from such use.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and are responsible for any use of it. You must notify us immediately if you suspect that your password is no longer secret. You acknowledge that you understand that the quality of any prints we produce is dependent upon the quality of the negative or digital file.
This site is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, commercially exploit, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content, software, products or services contained within this site. You may not use this site, or any of its content, to further any commercial purpose, including any advertising or advertising revenue generation activity on your own site.
You use this website at your sole risk. You agree that you will be personally responsible for your use of this website and for all your communication and activities on this website. We reserve the right to deny you access to this website, or any part of it, at any time without notice.
COPYRIGHT
You promise us that you own all copyright in the content that you post on the CDM website. CDM claims no ownership of your personal content. You hereby grant us a non-exclusive, royalty free, fully paid perpetual license to use, download, upload, copy, print, display, reproduce, post, transmit and distribute these content in the normal course of business. With regard to material you include in the Forum, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, world-wide, royalty-free licence to modify, publish and reproduce said material solely for the purpose of displaying, distributing and promoting Coco de Mer.
You acknowledge that, with the exception of any content posted by you on the website, any intellectual property in the remaining content of the CDM website (including photos posted by third parties) belongs to us or our licensors.
AGE AND CONSENT.
You must be 18 years or over to browse through or look at
this site. Please make sure that what you are viewing or buying from Coco de Mer
is not in anyway unlawful in your state, province, country, municipality, or
other jurisdiction. You must agree not to distribute information or images that
you receive from Coco de Mer website with anybody under the age of 18 or those
who would be violating the law by accessing such material in their
jurisdiction.
Our site is NOT directed to children and ONLY adults age 18
or older may use this web site. We assume that products purchased with a credit
card are being purchased by adults. We state this in compliance with the United
States Children Online Privacy Protection Act. We ask for age on the site and we
do not collect any personal information from individuals who identify themselves
as under 18. We ask prospective users their age during the purchase process and
identify ourselves as an Erotic Boutique. All featured models are at least 18
years of age and information related to each model is kept in compliance with
18.U.S.C Section 2257
LOOK AFTER YOURSELF:
None of the products sold at Coco de Mer are intended to
be used without the appropriate health and safety knowledge on the part of the
user. We may try and give some hints and tips on how to use our products as
safely as possible, but it is the user's responsibility to ensure that they are
not used in any way that could prove harmful to the user or to others.

RETURNS:
To exchange or return merchandise please

or phone us at 1-866-959-2626. We want to make sure that you are completely
satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with an item you
have bought, please return it within 14 days of the date of invoice (or as
permitted under the exceptions indicated below). We will happily exchange your
product or issue you a gift card minus any shipping/handling charges. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL PRODUCTS MUST BE RETURNED
IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION, UNWORN AND UNWASHED WITH A COPY OF THE INVOICE AND
THE REASON FOR THE RETURN INCLUDED. FOR HYGIENE REASONS WE CANNOT ACCEPT
KNICKERS, SEXUALLY USED ITEMS, JEWELRY, AND INTIMATE TOY RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. PLEASE NOTE
THAT YOU MUST RETURN THE GOODS TO US IN PERFECT CONDITION, UNWORN IN THE
ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND ANY SEALS ATTACHED REMAIN UNBROKEN. SALON AND EVENT TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE/EXCHANGEABLE. Return shipping
charges are the responsibility of the customer.
